No. I do not use AI-generated imagery in my work or incorporate AI-generated images, illustrations, or designs provided by clients. This policy applies to all of my services, including book covers, interior formatting, stickers, and other custom design projects. I make every reasonable effort to ensure the artwork used in my projects is not AI-generated.
I’ll need your book’s title, author name, genre, a brief synopsis, and any cover ideas or inspirations you have. Please complete my design form above to get started!
Typically, it takes 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity and revisions, but you may be surprised for it to be done under that time!
Yes, I do! Unlimited revisions mean you can request as many tweaks and adjustments as needed to the chosen concept — like changes to fonts, colors, layout, or minor graphic tweaks — until you’re happy with the final design.
Absolutely! I’ve worked on covers across all genres and tailor each design to its audience.
Yes, every client will receive a contract that goes into detail regarding the expectations, timeframe and design results.
Please avoid sending AI-generated book descriptions, prompts, or creative direction copied directly from AI tools as the wording it generates can sometimes become overly abstract or vague from a design standpoint. I prefer working from your own words, ideas, and vision so the design process feels more personal and accurately reflects your story.
Yes! If you don’t love the initial concepts, we can discuss creating a new concept or direction. However, after tweaking the initial concepts, if you have not selected a favorite to move forward with, additional concepts will require an extra design fee. Once a concept is chosen, unlimited revisions are available to refine that design.
You will receive exclusive lifetime licensing rights to use the final cover design for your book. However, the copyright remains with me (the artist). If you purchase only the eBook cover, your license covers use of that design solely for eBook formats. Creating a paperback or other formats using the same design without purchasing the corresponding rights is not permitted. If you want to expand your cover design to additional formats (like paperback or hardcover), please let me know—I offer those as add-ons to ensure you have full licensing for all uses.
You’ll get print-ready PDFs and eBook-ready JPEG/PNG files. Depending on the package you select or add-on's, you'll also receive additional files—all meeting standard formatting.
Your final files will be sent via email or Google Drive and will be available to download.
While I offer unlimited revisions to try to ensure you get a cover design you love, you may cancel the project at any time before the final cover design is completed and delivered, but the deposit is not refundable and there may be a small fee depending on how far into the process we are.
